Mobile as he is, he is responsible for overall safety throughout the execution of the works.
He provides continuous advice on: housekeeping, scaffolding, fire hazards, working at height, entering confined spaces, temporary electrical installations, lifting equipment, demarcations, zoning, …
He advises on safety regulations and monitors compliance with them.
